Return Policy - Trend2Spend.com

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If the product has been used and you still want a refund, we can only offer a 50% refund, and the product can remain with you.

To initiate a return, please contact us at trend2spend@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at trend2spend@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized or special orders)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
